I offer a range of services to Organisations and Individuals to help with the transition to retirement. Organisations can access me to help design retirement planning services for their clients or employees, to present workshops or guest speaking spots. Individuals can contact me for individual sessions using a range of therapies including CBT, ACT and DBT with a focus on outcomes.
